Civil War photographs [picture], ca. 1861.

Portrait-style photographic copy prints of original tintypes of two Wisconsin Civil War soldiers. One is unidentified, but most likely the man was a corporal of Co. D, 13th Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry based on his uniform. A note on the photo's back further identifies this image as from the Larry M. Strayer Collection. The other soldier, for which there is a color and a black and white copy is of Chris Graham. He is posed in front of a backdrop identifying him as belonging to the 43rd regiment of Wisconsin Volunteers. The backdrop also has the phrase "Union Forever" on it. Graham is in full military attire holding a rifle that has a bayonet affixed.
